| It is expected that there will be an increase in the number of correct responses in short-term memory, assessed by the Digit Span test, in the groups with interruptions of sitting time through walking. Furthermore, this increase is expected to be greater in the group with breaks at moderate intensity compared to the light-intensity and control groups;A decrease in reaction time, indicating improved selective attention, as well as an increase in the number of correct responses, as assessed by the Victoria Stroop test, is expected in the groups with interruptions of sitting time through walking. Additionally, the increase in the number of correct responses is expected to be greater in the group with moderate-intensity breaks compared with the light-intensity and control groups. | — |
