Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over 18 years of age. Both sexes. Presence of a tooth indicated for extraction. Indication for oral rehabilitation through immediate dental implant placement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers. Patients with systemic diseases or neoplastic conditions involving bone tissue. History of radiation therapy in the head and neck region. Classified as ASA III to V according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists. Use of functional orthopedic appliances or fixed or removable orthodontic appliances. Severely compromised dentition in a generalized manner. Presence of active periodontal disease or local infection. Severe bruxism. Less than 2 mm of bone tissue beyond the apex of the tooth under evaluation. Imaging examinations with compromised technical quality. Limited intermaxillary space or restricted mouth opening

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to observe an improvement in oral health-related quality of life of patients undergoing guided surgery compared to freehand surgery for immediate dental implants, evaluated through the Oral Health Impact Profile 14 questionnaire, with data collected at baseline, 6 months and 12 months after surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to evaluate implant stability through resonance frequency analysis with Implant Stability Quotient values collected at baseline and 6 months after implant placement;It is expected to compare the surgical time between guided and freehand techniques, recorded in minutes from the use of the first drill to implant placement;It is expected to evaluate the deviation between the planned and achieved implant angulation through the superimposition of cone beam computed tomography images collected 6 months after surgery;It is expected to evaluate peri-implant bone loss by comparing cone beam computed tomography images collected preoperatively and 6 months after surgery, measuring the distance between the alveolar bone crest and the implant platform
