Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with an overweight body mass index, grade 1 obesity, or grade 2 obesity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who did not follow the diet correctly.

Evaluate which diet provides greater weight loss with increased lean mass and decreased fat mass.
