Age
14 Years to 19 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers with 14 to 19 years old; Body mass index above the 95th percentile of the curve proposed by the World Health Organization; post-pubertal Tanner Stage above five.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Genetic disease; pregnancy; previous drug utilization; chronic alcohol consumption; presence of viral hepatic diseases; other causes of liver steatosis; inability to perform physical activities; have no access to any electronic means.

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an improvement of biochemical variables that metabolic syndrome profile verified by the method of blood pressure measurement, waist circumference, lipid fractions and blood glucose. ;It is expected to find a decrease in total body weight, decrease in bpdy fat, increase in free fat mass and increase in resting metabolic rate by the bioimpedance method. ;Observation of variables involved in the energy balance and the regulation of the anorectic and orexigenic pathways by the enzymatic immunoabsorption assay for blood levels of leptin, adiponectin, PAI-1, alpha-MSH, NPY, AgRP and GLP-1.;Observation and increase in thermogenesis variables and induction of browning to white adipose tissuen by the enzymatic immunoabsorption assay for blood levels of FGF-21 and ANP .;It is expected to find an improvement of dietary choices by the method of analysis of the three day diary food, 24 hour recall and food frequency questionnaire.;It is expected to find an improvement of psychological disorders and eating disorders by method of questionnaires analysis of Idate trace, Idate state, Bite, Bes, BSQ and EAT.;It is expected to find an improvement of physical fitness by the method of analysis of the International Questionnaire of Physical Activity.
