Age
15 Years to 20 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers had between 15 and 20 years; at least one central incisor or canine with A2 or darker color; six upper anterior teeth restorations-free on the buccal surface.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers with systemic diseases (metabolic, immunological and cardiopathies); periodontal disease; enamel showing changes; volunteers with braces; severe crowding; presence of intrinsic stains; use of anti-inflammatory drugs; smoking; drinking; in pregnancy or lactation.

Degree of sensitivity of bleaching agents based on PH to 10%, through scores on the VAS or NRS scales, during the two weeks of bleaching treatment ;The absolute risk sensitivity showed no different statistically (p > 0.09), but the intensity of tooth sensitivity of different groups was statistically different for both scales (p = 0.04, p = 0.03 for VAS and NRS scales, respectively)

Effectiveness of different forms of application, their genotoxic potential and their impact on quality of life related to oral health, through color guides, cellular analysis and validated quality of life questionnaires, respectively, pre and post intervention;There were no significant statistical differences for the secondary outcomes. Significant bleaching was observed in all groups, after 30 days of clinical evaluation, no significant difference between them (p > 0.06). The frequency of micronuclei showed no statistical difference (p > 0.08). QVRSB they picked up instruments impact on quality of life.
