18 Years to 28 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female, aged between 18 and 28 years. Knee pain for at least 6 months. Fitness for muscle strengthening exercises and stretches.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of musculoskeletal injuries in lower limbs (fractures or ligament injuries in lower limbs).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We expect a significant reduction in pain (over 50%). This reduction will be assessed by visual analog scale until the end of physical therapy for all groups of treatment and then compared to the control group.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Check biomechanical changes in patterns of individuals, ie, change in the stability of the hip and knee (tilt and rotation of the hip and knee dynamic valgus) during activities up and down stairs evaluated through kinematic analysis of individuals in these activities during the pre and post treatment.
