Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ICU; With a minimum age of 16 years; Value of Glasgow Coma Scale equal to 15; Value of handgrip dynamometry below normal for their age and sex; Able to actively carry out the proposed activity; Absence of thrombosis in upper limbs, fractures, dislocations, muscle strains or ligament that required the use of immobilizers, or that would unable to mobilize to the upper limbs; Thoracotomy absence of recent (less than 40 days); Absence of visual impairment (blindness); Do not be pregnant; Absence of upper-limb amputation; Absence of diagnosis of neuromuscular disease, trauma, spinal cord tumors or abscesses, hemiplegia / paresis, encephalopathy plexus injury or brain
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hemodynamically unstable patients with MAP 130 mmHg; Refusal to do one or two daily sessions of the proposed activity; Decreased level of consciousness; Use of other materials such as halter, bat and ball and it worsened by 30% in value after revaluation dynamometry every 7 days of intervention
