Exclusion criteria: Having performed the TCP protocol previously; Pain that interferes with activities in therapy and at home; More than two consecutive faults; Having performed peripheral chemical lock before three months of the beginning of the protocol.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The outcome was analyzed after 10 days of treatment in the TCI group and Shaping group and after 15 days of treatment in the control group . The outcome was to analyze the influence of a package of behavioral methods in the insertion of the upper committed member by a stroke in activities of daily living , by comparing two interventions ( Shaping - Intensive training and conventional training ) that have not implemented this feature and TCI using the scale Motor Activity Log , with its two subscales ( Quantity and Quality of movement ) .;The comparison between the research groups showed that the TCI group ( only with application of Behavioral Package ) showed superiority over the frequency and quality of use of the affected upper limb in AVDs with significant 99% ( p < 0 , 01) , in relation to the other two groups. This result shows that behavioral methods package is the spread of ICT and its use has enabled the greatest transfer of the gains made in therapy out of the therapeutic environment , which is the primary endpoint of the study .

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes are not expected.
