Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men or women; over the age of 18 will be included; a diagnosis of bronchiectasis not associated with cystic fibrosis confirmed by high-resolution chest CT (HRCT); not having used systemic corticosteroids or antibiotics in the 4 weeks prior to inclusion; have had at least one exacerbation that required antibiotics in the last 12 months prior to inclusion; have a cell phone that allows the installation and use of the application; be familiar with the use of cell phone applications, or have access to a family member or caregiver who does
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a diagnosis of cystic fibrosis, or bronchiectasis characterized as traction bronchiectasis on HRCT; cognitive deficits or inability to understand the guidelines for using the tool that will be used in the research; severe or decompensated comorbidity (renal failure, severe heart failure, active cancer/treatment, severe immunosuppression); desire not to participate in the study, or failure to sign the informed consent form (ICF) will be excluded
