Age
60 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being a female elderly; presenting age from 60 years old; is enrolled in the UnATI / UFPE in the period corresponding to the study; does not present cognitive and / or communication impairment that makes it impossible to conduct the data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Seniors who already participate in courses of memory workshops offered or not by said institution; Possible diagnosis of depression; Use of benzodiazepines and / or memory-stimulating drugs; Elderly people with severe hearing, visual and motor impairments not compensated for wearing glasses, hearing aids and assistive technology equipment.

Design outcomes

Positive impact on the occupational performance of older women, as measured by the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure at the beginning and end of the study.
