Interventions

Group 1 (n=15): 15 healthy elderly people will participate in an exercise program carried out in the pool, with frequency of 2 sessions of 60 minutes per week, on a total of 12 weeks. Group 2 (n=15):

Age
60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sedentary elderly, of both sexes, aged between 60 and 90 years old, living in the municipality of Campo Grande / MS and who do not have neurological or psychiatric disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly people with cognitive decline (associated or not with dementia), heart disease participants, subjects with fecal incontinence, unable to remain in orthostatism and people with difficulties in understanding the tests. Participants who have more than four consecutive absences in therapies, hydrophobia and a recent crisis of labyrinthine dysfunction will also be excluded from the research
