Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men and women professionals of Nursing of the State Institute of the Brain Paulo Niemeyer; age between 18 and 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clinical impediments to exercise.

It was expected that there would be decrease of occupational stress in the participants of the research.;There was a decrease in PE stress after exercise, based on the Occupational Stress Scale (EET), which provides an evaluation of aspects that compromise worker health within their daily activities (F = 43,522, p <0.001, effect size = 0.547).
