Age
60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 years of age or older; live in Porto Alegre; be available to participate in the program on the days and times established; be physically independent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: To have physical limitations that make it impossible to perform the proposed exercises; having uncontrolled chronic diseases; disabling pain

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to verify an improvement in the quality of the gait verified by the reduction of the execution time of the figure-8 gait motor tests, three-meter walk and four square test

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to verify a decrease in the cognitive-motor interference verified by the reduction of the execution time of the gait motor tests associated (figure-8, 3-meter walk and four square test) to the dual-task tests (coin transfer and verbal fluency)
