18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men and Women, over 18 years of age; Agreement and signature of the Informed Consent; Sedentary according to the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Joint or muscular diseases that could prevent them from joining the study
