Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the predictive capacity of a 10-minute targeted geriatric assessment for 12-month mortality, measured by survival time from hospital admission and compared to a reference comprehensive geriatric assessment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the predictive capacity of a 10-minute compact geriatric assessment for other outcomes within 12 months, including functional decline, intrinsic capacity decline, hospital readmission, presence of frailty syndrome, as measured by the incidence of these events after hospital discharge, and in comparison to a reference comprehensive geriatric assessment.
