Eligibility
Age
18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers with visual impairment either in whole or in part; age between 18 and 59 years; having link with ICBC; other than hypertension; don't have neuromusculoskeletal diseases that impair physical function; not have cutaneous lesions, severe kidney disease or allergy to pool cleaning products.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The no-show by more than 2 activities as evaluations and interventions.

| Outcome 2: improvement of the physical capacities of muscular strength and flexibility, evaluated by the palmar prehension dynamometry and reach test in sitting position, with an increase of at least 5% of grip strength and 20% flexibility. Data collected 1 week before, 6 and 12 weeks after initiation of the intervention and 4 weeks after the intervention (follow-up).;Outcome 3: improves the quality of life, WHOQOL-bref questionnaire assessed by taking account of their 4 domains (physical, psychological, social and environmental).
