Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 59 years, who present normal spirometry.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with cardiac disease; pulmonary; neurological or cognitive; smoking; retinal detachment; glaucoma; recent ophthalmic surgeries as well as corticosteroids; bronchodilators and ergogenic supplements; will be excluded from regular physical activity for less than three months.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to increase inspiratory muscle strength in G1 and G2, with no significant difference in the MIP delta (difference between pre and post intervention). G2 will not increase PImax, or it will increase less than 10 cmH2O. The increase in PImax will be considered significant through statistical tests (means comparison tests). In the delta (pre and post intervention difference) a value of 10 cmH2O will be considered a clinically significant minimum difference.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected not to find significant changes spirometric data. CV will increase only in the Respiron group (G1), verified by means of statistical tests (Means comparison tests).
