18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 40 years;Body mass index greater than or equal to 18.5 kg / m² and less than 40 kg / m²; Hirsutism, irregular and / or anovulatory menstrual cycles, normal renal and hepatic function;Polycystic appearance of ovaries; No use of medications for at least 3 months; without practicing physical exercises in the last six months or sedentary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women; They present androgen secreting tumors, Cushing's syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, hyperprolactinemia (greater than 40 ng / ml) and thyroid dysfunctions; and Diabetes mellitus.

Change in body composition (weight, height, BMI,% g, lean mass, fat mass), evaluated by the dual X-ray densitometry method (DEXA, with a reduction of at least 10% fat percentage. ;Increased menstrual frequency of the participants, assessed by means of a standardized diary, from the observation of a variation or change in the interval of 24 to 30 days; ;Improvements in the areas of quality of life and mental health (depression, anxiety and stress).;Improvements in metabolic variables such as: glucose, total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, glucose intolerance and triglycerides.;Improvements in hormonal variables;
