MeasureTime frame
It is expected to be found after the physical therapy intervention, which associates exercises and health education guidelines aimed at the preparation of childbirth, a positive contribution to the reduction of anxiety in the gestational period, better perception, satisfaction and experience of childbirth in pregnant women. With effects higher than the group that will receive only health education guidelines, with the sample size so that you can identify, with 95% confidence (error a = 0.05), a difference, if any, of at least 6 points on the primary outcome scale, between the means of the values of the primary outcome scale of the two groups of pregnant women, considering a standard deviation (s) = 5 and the test power of 80% (error ß = 0.20) is 20 participants per group with sample calculation performed by GPower software.
