Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Babies born in Ribeirao Preto - SP in 2010, between 34+0 and 42+6 weeks of gestational age.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Incomplete data; congenital abnormalities; and twin birth.
