Age
20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers in good physical and psychological health; both genders; aged between 20 and 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers outside the 20-40 age range; diabetics; with chronic degenerative diseases; using psychotropic medication, using melatonin supplements
