Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female sex; age equal to or older than sixty years; no prior participation in a structured exercise program; clinical fitness to participate in physical exercise as confirmed by medical clearance; understanding of and agreement with the study procedures; signing of the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to complete pre- or post-intervention assessments; lack of medical clearance for participation in physical exercise; presence of medical conditions that preclude participation in physical exercise; significant changes in dietary habits during the study period; withdrawal from the intervention program during the follow-up period
