| After four months of study, is expected to observe improvement in lipid parameters of students in intervention groups, evaluated by the decrease in concentration of total cholesterol, cholesterol of low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), triglycerides and increased cholesterol of high density lipoprotein (HDL-c). Values will be presented in absolute difference and percentage. The comparison between baseline and after four months will be evaluated by the statistical paired t-test or Wilcoxon for parametric and non-parametric data, respectively, and p less or equal 0.05 will be considered significant.;After interventions, significant reduction were seen in the students of the intervention groups with physical activity and nutritional counseling and only physical activity, for total cholesterol (10.7 and 10.8%), cholesterol of low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) (14.3 and 13.6%) and non-HDL cholesterol (13.2% and 13), respectively. | — |

| It is expected improvement on anthropometric markers, assessed by decreased of body mass index (BMI), waist circumference and body mass index. The values are presented in absolute and percentage difference. The comparison between baseline and after four months will be evaluated by the statistical paired t-test or Wilcoxon for parametric and non-parametric data, respectively, and p less or equal 0.05 will be considered significant.;As expected, after the four-month periods of interventions, all students increased weight measurements and height (p less than 0.05), however, without affecting the values of body mass index (BMI). There were no differences in the measurements of waist circumference. After the interventions, the percentage of body fat showed a significant reduction of 13.7% in the group under intervention with physical activity and nutritional counseling.;It is expected improvement on subclinical inflammation, asessed by decreased of high sensitivity protein C reaction (hs-CRP) concentrations, uric acid, tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a). The values are presented in absolute and percentage difference. The comparison between baseline and after four months will be evaluated by the statistical paired t-test or Wilcoxon for parametric and non-parametric data, respectively, and p less or equal 0.05 will be considered significant.;Interventions with physical activity and nutritional counseling or only physical activity, did not promote significant changes in inflammatory markers.;It is expected improvement on glycemic parameters, assessed by decreased of glucose, insulin and Homai (homeostase model assesment). The values are presented in absolute and percentage difference. The comparison between baseline and after four months will be evaluated by the statistical paired t-test or Wilcoxon for parametric and non-parametric data, respectively, and p less or equal 0.05 will be considered significant.;There were no significant changes in fasting glucose concentrati | — |
