30 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hypertensive adults aged between 30 to 50 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence in any stage of the study

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure reduction assessed by the ambulatory blood pressure monitoring after a meditation single session, after verification of, at least 5% between the meditation and control sessions

Improvement in autonomic control assessed by heart rate variabilidade, after verification of, at least 5% between the meditation and control sessions
