Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers of the feminine gender, aged between 60 and 75 years, angle larger than 40º in the curvature of the thoracic spine in the sagittal plane.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: They don't present neurological sequelae, motor and comprehension deficit.

| The evaluation of the decrease in thoracic kyphosis of at least 5% before and after the realization of the Pilates method, determined by computerized photogrammetry; improve the evaluation of at least 5% before and after the realization of the balance of the Pilates method measured by the Berg Balance Scale.;The study noted that after application of the Pilates Method was effective in decreasing the angle of thoracic kyphosis measured by computerized photogrammetry.
