Interventions

Interventions will be performed in teeth with natural cervical erosion lesions. 40 patients who have at least 4 teeth with cervical lesions in the mouth that has darker color with indication for resto
Group 2 40 tooth whitening procedures and soon after the restoration of cervical lesions of erosion of these newly whitened teeth
Group 3 whitening followed by the use of antioxidant for 60 minutes 40 teeth with cervical lesions followed by the restoration of these erosion damage
Group 4 whitening and only 14 days after the restoration of 40 teeth with cervical erosion damage will be done. The evaluations will be carried out over a period of 6, 12, 18 and 24 months after the i

Age
21 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers with canines and upper and lower premolars with non-carious lesions of abfraction, abrasion and erosion featuring color change A3 or higher by Vitapan scale; presenting at least 4 teeth on the sample, so that each tooth represents one of the groups; have at least 20 teeth in function and lesions that contain at least fifty percent of enamel margins.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Canines and bicuspids with endodontic treatment; who do not have the need to be restored; which suffered action of bleaching agents previously; with periodontal disorders; with active caries; with changes in the formation of enamel.

Treatment with antioxidant soon after bleaching was able to promote a clinical performance of restorations similar to the control group presented good or excellent scores in the aesthetic and functional assessments to 6, 12, 18 and 24 months.;Restorations in the control group teeth and those in the group treated with antioxidant after bleaching showed no sensitivity and presence of vitality in periods of 6, 12, 18 and 24 months after the intervention.
