Age
15 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical and electromyographic diagnosis of CMT disease; both sexes; age between 16 and 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute or chronic lung disease; cognitive or psychiatric alterations; severe or non controlled hypertension; heart failure; chronic renal disease; severe systemic disease; diabetes mellitus; pregnant women; obesity; active smokers; alcoholics; refused to participate in the study

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in sleep quality, evaluated by a questionnaire of at least 10% ;one hour increase in total sleep time, 15% reduction in waking time after sleep onset, evaluated by actigraphy

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
15% improvement in pain perception, measured by a validated questionnaire done one week before and one week after the end of the intervention;15% improvement in fatigue perception, measured by a validated questionnaire done one week before and one week after the end of the intervention
