Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic stable coronary artery disease over a year; functional class I or II at the time of consultation; do not have hospitalization in the last year from cardiovascular disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable patients who require medication adjustments; Patients who are performing some diagnostic evaluation at query time

MeasureTime frame
Control of risk factors in a year and verified to maintain systemic blood pressure, dyslipidemia and diabetes control through laboratory examination, all from the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre and post intervention measurements; tobacco control and maintenance of regular physical activity post intervention.;Stay in CCS I and II in the post intervention measurement.

MeasureTime frame
Access to health care: medical consultation in Basic Health Unit held in maximum six months with assessment of current medications and providing prescription.;Occurrence of instability of the disease at one year, defined as the need to seek emergency care for cardiovascular disease post intervention.
