Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years of age; both sexes; patients undergoing orotracheal intubation for at least 72 hours; signing an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prospect of death in less than 24 hours or palliative care; patients in the immediate or late postoperative period after head surgery and neck; known allergy to any component of the chlorhexidine formula or to curcuminoids; patients with a history of oropharyngeal neoplasia; trauma patients with facial bone fractures; previous participation in the study
