Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study population consisted of women with a Body Mass Index (BMI) above 18.5 kg / m2 and less than 25.5 kg / m2 and aged between 18 and 35 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women diagnosed with autoimmune diseases or using immunosuppressive drugs were excluded from the research; with clinical diagnosis of diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, chronic kidney disease or liver disease; who underwent bariatric surgery prior to the research; chronic drinkers; using drugs that alter appetite or body weight (appetite suppressants) in the last twelve months; had attended food restriction programs or were using nutritional supplements in the last twelve months; manifested feverish state in the weeks of the research; failure to follow the protocol stipulated for data collection or refused to carry out any of the proposed evaluations.
