Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The research subjects will be approximately 50 volunteers, all male. They will be preferentially recruited among the soldiers of the Marine Corps, as they are submitted to the practice of high intensity physical activity and to situations of physical and psychological stress. They must not be carriers of chronic diseases, they must be free from inflammatory and / or infectious diseases and they cannot regularly use anabolic drugs and steroids.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with inflammatory and / or infectious diseases and regularly using medications and anabolic steroids.

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to verify the difference in physical, biochemical and oxidative stress markers between the test and control groups, assessed by means of physical resistance tests and blood samples.
