Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with prostate cancer; age between 50-80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of metastasis; practice regular physical activity

Improvement of quality of life levels through the practice of functional training, verified in the pre- and post-intervention periods of 12 weeks, by the EORTC QLQ-C30 European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire.
