They were divided into 2 groups: Control (normotensive patients) and Chronic renal disease, stage III (creatinine clearance 30 to 60 mL / min / 1.73m2, hypertensive controlled in use of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or Angiotensin receptor antagonists).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with anemia; in the chronic kidney disease group, we excluded patients who were taking beta-blockers and sympatholytic. And also with creatinine clearance 60 mL / min / 1.73m2.
Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The reduction of sympathetic nerve activity and blood pressure in patients with CKD (chronic kidney disease) - stage III after an aerobic exercise session compared to the values of rest session and to the control group.;The maintenance of 24h proteinuria values in patients with CKD - stage III, after an aerobic exercise session, compared to the rest session.; Outcome found: after the exercise session, patients of kidney disease and control group showed reduction in blood pressure, sympathetic nerve activity and peripheral vascular resistance, compared to the rest session. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| After the exercise session, patients of kidney disease group showed an increase in forearm blood flow and heart rate, compared to the rest session.;There were no increases in proteinuria in patients with kidney disease, after an aerobic exercise session, compared to the rest session. | — |
