The study aims to observe 130 amateur volleyball players, long-distance street runners, and CrossFit practitioners of both sexes, between the ages of 18 and 45. The procedures begin with a screening.

Age
18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Amateur volleyball athletes; long-distance street and crossfit runners; of both sexes; aged between 18 and 45 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who present neurological and/or cognitive impairments; cardiorespiratory diseases and/or a history of joint and/or muscle injuries in the last six months or that occur during the collection period
