Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult women, aged 20 to 59 years and BMI >25 kg / m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly and adult women diagnosed with: kidney disease; cardiovascular; hepatic; cancer; pregnant women; lactating; chronic drinkers; using anti-inflammatory drugs or affecting appetite or body weight; in an inflammatory or infectious process on the day of collection or in the previous seven days; who participated in any food restriction program or following a specific diet, using dietary supplements in the last six months and intolerant or allergic to seafood in general.

To evaluate whether supplementation with krilla oil improves nutritional status and biochemical markers in overweight women Verified by the body composition assessment method: weight, height, sagittal abdominal diameter, waist circumference, handgrip strength, walking test and elisa test for biochemical analyzes

Supplementation with krilla oil will be able to alter serum fasting blood glucose and insulin concentrations, HOMA-IR, HOMA-B and PCR by the immunotubudimetry method;Supplementation with krilla oil will be able to alter the serum concentrations of the lipid profile TG, HDL and total cholesterol by the method of analysis of the elisa kit;Supplementation with krilla oil will be able to alter the functional capacity by the walk test method and handgrip strength;Supplementation with krilla oil will be able to alter food consumption by the method of evaluation of food recall;Supplementation with krilla oil will be able to alter the quality of life using the SF-36 questionnaire method;Supplementation with krilla oil will be able to alter the quality of life using the ROME IV questionnaire method
