Whole-body electromyostimulation therapy in previously selected and randomized patients, during two 20-minute sessions per week, for at least two weeks. The evaluators will be blinded. We will perform

Age
50 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over 50 years old; without physical limitations for the intervention; both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of severe cardiac, renal and/or hepatic pathologies; uncontrolled Epilepsy; use of pacemaker; severe neuromuscular disease; Cancer
