Experimental intervention: 50 patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU), using the indwelling urinary catheter, will receive IUC fixation with Silicone Adhesive Tape.

Eligibility
Age
18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients 18 years of age or older; using IUC; and absence of Medical Adhesive Related Skin Injury (MARSI)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with absence of bilateral femoral pulse; cutaneous abnormalities in the regions of fixation of the indwelling urinary catheter (spots, scars, warts, lesions, irritations or abrasions); acute systemic dermatological diseases (such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxical epidermal necrolysis); congenital dermatological diseases and those who express an express wish to discontinue participation or non-application of the tape for more than 24 hours uninterrupted
