Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18 years or older; individuals diagnosed with breast cancer (stages IA to IIIC); individuals with preserved cognitive function; individuals capable of completing sociodemographic, quality-of-life, and clinical condition questionnaires; individuals receiving care in Campina Grande, Paraíba, at the Alcides Carneiro University Hospital (HUAC) or the State University of Paraíba (UEPB) Physiotherapy Teaching Clinic (CEF)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are in or progress to stage IV, or who die before or during the study; Individuals with aichmophobia; Individuals with other diseases or conditions affecting motor or neurological function, or who do not meet hemodynamic and hematological safety criteria for the prescription of physical therapy; Individuals who do not provide the minimum data required to complete the interview questionnaires, or for whom the researcher does not have access to the medical records at Alcides Carneiro University Hospital (HUAC)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome is that the study sample undergoing a physical therapy prescription involving "green exercise" will show improvements in hematological parameters, inflammatory marker test results, heart rate variability, functionality, and quality of life compared to individuals who do not undergo an exercise protocol

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome is that the study sample undergoing a physical therapy regimen of aerobic exercises will show improvements in hematological parameters, inflammatory marker test results, heart rate variability, functionality, and quality of life compared to individuals who do not undergo an exercise protocol
