Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Physiotherapy students of the Faculdade Estácio de Sergipe; Women; age from 18 to 30 years; they did not practice regular physical exercises; they did not report low back pain at the time of the evaluation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women who were in the menstrual period, puerperal, presence of scar in the application area and those who presented an allergy to functional elastic bandage.
