Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected, with the treatment of periodontitis, the control of the infection, reduction or elimination of the subgingival biofilm and subgingival calculus, promoting the improvement of the pathology. Both the test treatment and the control will improve the disease, with a reduction in infection. The clinical parameters used to assess the treatment result are: Plaque Index, Bleeding on Probing, Pocket Depth and Clinical Insertion Level.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Analyze the results between the test and control treatment to see if there was any difference in any clinical parameter. The clinical parameters used to assess the treatment result are: Plaque Index, Bleeding on Probing, Pocket Depth and Clinical Attachment Level.
