Eligibility

Age
60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People of both genders; at least 60 years of age; have not practiced physical activity for at least six months; do not have disabling diseases that imply a risk for participating in the physical training program; do not have a diagnosis of cognitive impairments or mental health disorders that prevent them from understanding and assuming the commitments of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who have a limiting health condition will be excluded
