Interventions

This is a four-arm, blinded, randomized controlled clinical trial. A total of 40 people who meet the eligibility criteria will be allocated through stratified randomization via electronic spreadsheet
group B1: 10 communication partners with face-to-face intervention. And two experimental groups: group A2: 10 elderly people with a hybrid intervention
group B2: 10 communication partners with a hybrid intervention
All groups will receive face-to-face care to fit the hearing aids: 1 appointment with device fitting lasting two hours and follow-up with 2 appointments on use, care, handling, communication strategie
the interval between appointments will be one month, totaling a 3-month intervention
the experimental group will have access to a digital platform on hearing aids during the intervention, to later evaluate the effectiveness of the platform in the hearing rehabilitation process between
at the end everyone will have access to the platform
