Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Active police officers; no history of serious mental disorders; agree to participate in all stages of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Reserve police officers; history of severe mental disorders such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other diagnosed psychotic disorders; refusal to participate in the study or failure to sign the informed consent form

| It is expected to find a significant reduction in the symptoms of Burnout Syndrome, assessed using the Maslach Burnout Inventory scale in its dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment, with data collected before the start of the intervention and again after the eight-week follow-up period. | — |

| A reduction in salivary cortisol levels is expected as an indicator of physiological response to stress, with data being measured from saliva samples collected at 8:00 a.m. at a pre-intervention time point and at an eight-week post-intervention time point. | — |
