Interventions

For the intervention, 50 students will be randomized into two groups: continuous moderate intensity group (ICAM) and high intensity interval group (GIAI). Intervention with aerobic physical exercises

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be properly enrolled in any school; Be between 10 and 18 years old; To present a free and informed consent form signed by the parents or guardians; Present medical release for physical activity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not be aged between 10 and 18 years; Have some physical or mental deficiency; Use controlled medications; Do not present auotorization of the parents and the doctor to practice physical activity

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We expect positive effects of continuous and moderate intensity continuous training programs on health indicators in schoolchildren verified by means of anthropometric and biochemical evaluations, with statistically different mean values (p <0.05) in all variables evaluated before and after intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected an increase in adherence to the physical activity practice after the intervention with aerobic training in different intensities evaluated through a questionnaire for the practice of physical activity, showing a positive variation of 50% in the total time of weekly physical activity between the Pre and post intervention. .
