The 20 patients will be monitored during surgery hip prosthesis. The equipment of cardioimpedance will be initially placed in the surgical procedure, after shows online information about the surgery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers with Hip ostheoarthrosis diagnosis; above 65 years old;both gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anemia; diagnosis of asthma or pulmonary disease, cardiac

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Increased in cardiac output observed during spinal anesthesia, verified by the noninvasive method by cardioimpedancy Physioflow from the 10% of variation in the cardiac output in the pre and post mediated intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Increased in cardiac output observed during input bone cement, verified by the noninvasive method by cardioimpedancy Physioflow from the 20% of variation in the cardiac output in the pre and post mediated intervention.
