Age
6 Years to 10 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy with unilateral or bilateral involvement; both genders; age between 6 and 10 years; classified by the Gross Motor Function Classification System - GMFCS, at levels II or III; having already had contact with dogs in the home, family, friends or neighborhood; being part of a physiotherapy service; do not have surgeries scheduled for the six months following the beginning of the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Two consecutive or alternating fouls per phase; signs of aversion to the dog or the therapy; dog allergy signs

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate significant clinical alterations, in the period of 14 weeks, measured by the instruments Gross Motor Function Measure, GMFM; Participation and Environment Measure, Children and Young People, PEM-CY; Pediatric Reach Test; Timed Up and Go Test, TUG; 10 meter Walk Test, TC10m; verified by A1BA2 type design, with a minimum of five evaluation moments in each phase, as well as improvement in activity and participation in phase A2, according to the summarized core-set parameters of the ICF

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find improvement in the activity and participation of children according to ICF parameters, with significantly clinical changes measured by standardized instruments, in a minimum period of 14 weeks, through the A1BA2 type design, with a minimum of five evaluation moments in each phase, in patients with CP, between 6 and 10 years, GMFCS II or III
