Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age between forty and sixty years; individuals with localized low-risk or very low-risk, non-aggressive prostate cancer; individuals under active surveillance as primary treatment for at least three months and with no plans for radical treatments at the time of recruitment; prostate-specific antigen less than or equal to ten and Gleason score less than or equal to six; no previous treatment for prostate cancer; life expectancy greater than five years; medical clearance for physical training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: existence of limiting musculoskeletal problems in the execution of the proposed exercises; existence of symptomatic and or uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases; not having been treated for any other type of cancer in the five years prior to data collection; metastasis.
