Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The results of the present study may be useful for the treatment of anxiety symptoms through exercise. If moderate-intensity exercise has a superior effect over self-selected-intensity exercise, this will suggest that patients with mood disorders should perform moderate-intensity aerobic exercise. If self-selected-intensity exercise has a superior effect over moderate-intensity exercise, this will suggest that patients with mood disorders can exercise at the intensity they deem appropriate.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes are not expected.
