Experimental group: 77 women enrolled in the smoking control program in health units will receive guidelines for weight control associated with the standard smoking cessation treatment, through dietar

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women smokers enrolled in the smoking control program at health units in the western zone of the municipality of rio de janeiro

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant women women unable to walk
