Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athlete of the swimming team of SEMEPP (Municipal Secretary of Sports of Presidente Prudente); Train regularly 6 days a week; Be aged between 12 and 20 years; Do not present previous musculoskeletal injury or disease that makes it impossible to train.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Provide injury or illness during the period of research that moves away from training

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Assess the total time in seconds of two sprints of 100 meters crawl in short swimming pool, verified by cronometer, performed at the evaluation sessions (Saturdays), from the observation of a statistically significant difference between groups and / or moments before and after intervention

Secondary

Monitor the athlete's perceptions through the questionnaire "Swimmer's Perception of Effort Questionnaire (SPEQ)" during the training sessions, in order to observe the behavior of such in each group;Assess flexibility in centimeters by reach test in Well's bench, performed in the evaluation session (Saturdays), from the observation of a statistically significant difference between groups and / or moments before and after intervention;Asses upper limb power by the average propulsion velocity in the supine and bar movement using a load transducer, performed in the evaluation session (Saturdays), from the observation of a statistically significant difference between groups and / or moments before and after intervention;Assess lower limb power by the height reached in a jump test using a jump platform, performed in the evaluation session (Saturdays), from the observation of a statistically significant difference between groups and / or moments before and after intervention;Assess proprioception by means of the angular variation in a test of reproduction of flexion movement of the shoulder assisted by laser pointer, performed in the evaluation session (Saturdays), from the observation of a statistically significant difference between groups and / or moments before and after intervention
